Alexandra Arch and the Forest Walk

“Gateway to Nature”, Alexandra Arch links Hilltop Walk and Forest Walk, a bridge shaped like huge leaf that spans 80m across Alexandra Road below. Dusk is when this amazing bridge comes alive across Alexandra Road, with its curved deck intersecting an arch that is tilted at a 70-degree angle. Looking at the bridge itself shows very wide pavement.

Although white in colour during daylight, at night, it will illuminate with colours. It is lit up by LED lights at night. The lights change colour at intervals from 7pm to 12am daily, displaying varying shades from the colour spectrum of dusk.
The end of Alexandra Arch is the start of Forest Walk, a steel pavement that one walk viewing the forest surrounding it. Forest Walk can only be done in the daylight as there is no lamp-post.

Next: HortPark.
