16. Level 148 “At The Top” is the world’s highest observatory deck. The total number of stairs up to the habitable level 160 is 2,909 but to climb even higher, ladders are used.



17. At the peak of construction, 12,000 workers were on site every day and used a total of 22 million man-hours.

18. The curtain wall area of Burj Khalifa is equivalent to 17 football fields.

19. At Level 122 it has the highest fine dining restaurant called At.mosphere.

20. Condensation is collected from the building’s cooling system and used for irrigating of landscape planting. Every year 15 million gallons of water are sustainably collected this way.
